With over 30 years experience in different roles and organizations, we believe in the synergy between performance, meaning & people. The mission gives the sense of the actions and motivate people to develop the performance.To increase the performance we use the Socio-Economic Management methodology developed by ISEOR ( Institute of Socio-Economy of companies and Organizations). Socio-Economic management focuses on the human potential development as a first driver to increase the economic performance. A better interaction between the structure and the individual behaviour can improve the economic performance of the company. We do this by implementing 3 axes : strategic decisions, continious development process and management tools.

I was CEO of ManpowerGroup BeLux from 2002 to 2022. We developed the company with a  strong and commited team. The revenue grew from 150 Millions € to 400 Millions € through sales development. We diversified the activities from a staffing company to a HR services company : staffing, recruitment&selection, outsourcing and consulting.


We developed the EBIT from -1M€ to +18M€.


We improved  the company's performance and developed  the people's commitment though the implementation of Socio-Economic Management ( SEM). SEM is an innovative methodology which increases the financial performance through the development of the different potentials and the decrease in the hidden costs.The SEM manages simultaneously the strategic and operational management in different dimensions : sustainable performance, people, activities.

Development of the economic and social management methodology for Manpower Group

As CEO of ManepowerGroup Belux :

Leading the different companies in Belgium and Luxembourg: Manpower, Experis, Jefferson Wells, Talent Solutions. Revenue : 400M, EBIT 18M, 600 employees, 650 contractors, 4000 temps. 
Main achievements : 

  • Increase the profitability and the MarketShare ;

  • Develop the branch network (from 25 to 75 branches) ; 

  • Diversity the activities : Staffing, Recruitment&Selection, Contracting, HR Solutions ;

  • Managing the different crisis ( financials, pandemic, ... ) and re-calibrate the costs ; 

  • Integration of Stegman ( staffing company ) ; 

  • Board member of Manpower Switzerland ( family business ) ; 

  • Development of talent and successors ; 

  • Development of the Economic&Social Management Methodology. From a P&L perspective, we developed the EBIT from -1M€ to + 18M€.
